Bombshell! - Jena

Tell us a little about yourself! (This could include your hobbies, profession, or anything you'd like to share.)

I'm an Army Veteran, married, with 3 children. I work at a restaurant and love what I do. I like to read, ride my motorcycle and hangout with my family.

What made you decide to book a boudoir session with Darling Boudoir KC?

I wanted to do it to help me build up my self confidence.

How did you feel before, during, and after your session?

Before I was nervous as ever, I had a lot of anxiety. During Nikki made me feel sexy & heard if I had concerns; she made me feel beautiful. After; I looked at myself in a whole new light. I was able to look at myself as sexy and not just be told I am.

What was your favorite part of the boudoir experience?

My favorite part was having Nikki understand that I haven't done this before and her taking the time to show me different poses and helped me look sexy without even trying.

How did the session impact your confidence or self-perception?

It made me feel more confident about myself and be able to look at myself in a whole new light.

What did you do to prepare for your session, and do you have any tips for future clients?

I prepared myself by looking up different pictures and articles on boudoir. Researching it and seeing what it's all about. I also shopped on Amazon for a couple outfits that I thought I would be comfortable in; being able to bring my own things was very helpful to ease my nerves.

Were there any standout moments or details during the session that you loved?

Nikki always communicates; she doesn't let there be dead silence.

What was your initial reaction when you saw your images for the first time?

I was amazed and astonished.

Do you have a favorite photo or collection of photos from your session? Why do those stand out to you?

Yes; there is a few that my eyes stood out to me and that's all I focus on when looking at them.
