My personal experience with Boudoir & why I want to share it with you

Updated: Jan 18, 2023

Boudoir is a luxury service and because of that, it is an investment. It is expensive, and if funds aren't readily available, how do you contest to it being worth it? You have groceries, utility bills, daycare -- whatever it may be, I feel you. I am struggling day to day as well, but I will be the first to tell you that when I invested in myself and had a session, it changed my life. The amount of confidence that I received from that session overflowed into my everyday life! I was happier and more confident, and everything seemed awesome. If I ever felt that I was lacking, I would look back at my session photos and remind myself that I am worth it.

I had to set up a payment plan with my session and did struggle to make those payments bi-weekly. (That is why I have tailored my payment plans to be more flexible with my client. If they cannot afford what we agreed on, we look over the plan again & adjust it to be more affordable. This also creates a conversation that is transparent & honest.

I want to work with you & make it where you can experience what I experienced, & not suffocate with everything still going on. I want to build a relationship with you and celebrate your successes as your friend, not just your photographer.

The transformation of seeing yourself as who you see yourself daily & then after having a session is extraordinary.

Self Portrait 2022

I knew that I wanted to be a boudoir photographer & offer the services to others that empowers them, excites them, makes them feel amazing. I want to show them that it's okay to invest in themselves!

I started in 2020 out of my basement in-home studio. (I hope to get a brick & mortar store soon!!!)

In 2022, I started offering sessions in different avenues - such as hotel rooms, showers, outdoors, etc. I started out with just model calls, to have images to present for my work. I've also done self portraits as well. Once I built a foundation, I started to charge. I have plans to say good-bye to Corporate America, Monday through Friday 9-5 job and say hello to being an independent business owner, having more time to spend with family, my daughters, husband & friends.

My plans for the future are endless! I can't wait to share it with you!!!
